Pastor Stanley’s puzzle question

To increase the interest for reading this blog, Pastor Stanley would like to bring up a puzzle for readers. Here is a picture taken when we were about the leave Austin. Could you observe and find out anything special, or specific about us? Each of you may reply once, and the first one who answers correctly will receive a prize from our pastor.

    the elders and the early retiree (Stanley, chow ling and roland) has jacket on to keep warm, but not the young and strong (martin and johnny)?

    1. The whole team wears eyeglasses.
    2. Those over 50 are wearing jeans and light jackets and tuck their shirts in ans wears a belt and those 2 young guys are wearing black pants and polo short sleeves untucked.
